Here is some information regarding our policies, meals, rates and
services.
Policies
- 4 day minimum stay required
- Smoking is allowed in limited areas
- Limited accommodations for guest pets check with us first
- Children are welcome
- No childcare is provided
- Check in time is 11:00 AM
- Check out time is 1:00 PM
Meals
- Our menu includes World and Guatemalan cuisine
- Coffee or Tea is Q6
- Breakfast is available by advance request (Q32)
- Lunch is available by advance request (Q35)
- Dinner available by advance request (Q50 to Q70)
- Cold Beer Q9
- Soft Drinks (Cola, Orange, Grape)Q6

- Food Services are not available Sundays
- Rooms cleaned weekly
Room Rates
All occupancy rates are subject to change (4 day minimum)
- Nightly single $24 High Season $32*
- Nightly double $28 High Season $35*
- Nightly triple $30 High Season $40*
- Weekly single $144 High Season please request quote by email
- Weekly double$160 High Season please request quote by email
- Monthly rate please request quote by email
- *High season is Christmas, New Years & Easter week. During these
weeks, we only offer double occupancy prices.
- **Weekly rates are based on a 6 night consecutive stay, & can not
include any high season days.
- Cancellation policy: 3 days. Cancellations have to be in
writing, either by email or fax. For deposits paid directly to the hotel, if
canceled more than 14 days prior to check-in, you receive a full refund. If
canceled less than 14 days prior to check-in, you forfeit your deposit, but
are charged nothing more. If canceled less than 72 hours prior to check-in
or no-show, you are charged the price of the 1st night.
