Here are some pictures of a property for sale in Rio Dulce. It's located across from Marios Marina on a river called "Juan Vicente". The land has Bamboo, Mango, Coconut and bread-fruit trees. 

The land is fully registered with OCRETE and has less environmental restrictions for living and building than land located directly on Rio Dulce. The river is fresh water. Electricity is close by.

Total land measures to 1277.69 square meters (1828.37 square varas). I’m including a copy of the official land diagram "PLANO" as registered by Ocrete.

The land is shaped similar to a slice of Pie, measurement details:

• There are 73.5 meters along the river edge
• One end is 10.7 meters and the other is 24.7 meters
• The backside measures 71.8 meters.

As you approach the land there will be a barbwire fence along the river edge until you come upon the first concrete fence post marking where the land starts. From here inland it’s 10.7 meters.

As you travel for 73.5 meters along the edge of the land until the last concrete fence post, where the land measures inward for 24.7 meters. This land is fenced in on the three non-river edge sides.

The pictures below are in sequence as if you were to approach the land until the last cement fencing post. After this point the river splits.
